At Kismara, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help.

Cancellation Guidelines:

Eligibility for Cancellation:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are processed and shipped, making them non-cancelable.

How to Cancel Your Order:

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Email Us: Send an email to our customer support at support@kismara.co with the subject line "Order Cancellation."
• Provide Your Details: Include your order number, the name used at the time of purchase, and a brief reason for cancellation.
• Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation via email. If your order has not yet been processed, we will initiate your refund.

Refund Process:

• If your order is canceled within the eligible time frame, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Exceptions:

• Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Return Policy if you wish to return the product after delivery.
